We may request advance payment or deposit depending on the type of reservation.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in may incur cancellation charges.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow resort rules.
Illegal or disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
The resort is a non-smoking property. Designated smoking areas are provided.
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them during their stay.
Green Vista Resort is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings of guests.
